By placing an order with Eldan Cosmetics, you agree to these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Orders & Products

All products are subject to availability. Eldan Cosmetics reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product specifications at any time.

 

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

 

4. Promotions, Gifts & Discount Codes

From time to time, Eldan Cosmetics may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, or free products, including gifts revealed via scratch cards or provided for future orders.

  • All promotions are temporary, non-transferable, and available while supplies last.
  • Promotions may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
  • Promotional gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Each promotion or discount code may be limited to one use per customer.
  • Promotional gifts are offered as a marketing incentive and do not form part of the sales contract.


5. Gift Promotions

Scratch cards included in orders may reveal discount codes or free promotional gifts for future purchases.

  • Codes are valid only for the period stated or, if no period is stated, while supplies last.
  • Eldan Cosmetics reserves the right to replace a promotional gift with an alternative of equal or similar value if the original item is unavailable.
  • Lost, damaged, or unused scratch cards cannot be replaced.


6. Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

Eldan Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw any promotion, gift, discount, or offer at its sole discretion, at any time, including after scratch cards have been distributed.


7. Liability

Eldan Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of promotional offers or gifts, to the maximum extent permitted by law.


 

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Ireland.
