Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible. Orders are generally shipped within up to three (3) business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within two (2) business days, however, depending on courier operations and destination, delivery may take up to five (5) business days.
Out of Stock Items
If a product is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, customers will be notified promptly via email. In cases where an item cannot be shipped within the standard dispatch timeframe, we will offer available options, including waiting for restock, partial shipment, or order cancellation with a refund for the unavailable item.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak delivery periods.

Shipping Options
We offer Standard Shipping Service for all online orders. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery area: Republic of Ireland only
Deliveries are handled by An Post, which will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to us.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery address details cannot be amended. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel has already been shipped, this is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delivery failure or delay.
